US ORDERS
DeLisiArt.com will attempt to ship all standard orders within 1 to 2 weeks of our receipt of a completed order. Custom orders take longer. You will be given an estimated time frame when you place a custom order. Shipments within the U.S. are sent via the United States Postal Office or United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground.
NON-CONTINENTAL U.S. AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For orders outside the continental United States, shipping charges will be e-mailed to you in response to your order. On international shipments there is a possibility that your packages will be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your packages sent and may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for the above must be borne by the customer. DeLisiArt.com has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from DeLisiArt.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
RETURN / REPLACEMENT POLICY
Subject to availability, exact exchanges will be made only on damaged or defective products. If the shipping package is visibly damaged upon receipt, refuse to accept it and immediately notify DeLisiArt.com of your refusal to accept the order. Claims must be made within 5 business days of your receipt of an order. Except for custom orders, you may return your unopened purchase to DeLisiArt.com for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of your order. Opened items are not returnable. DeLisiArt.com will only honor refund requests on items returned undamaged and in their original, unopened form. Once a package seal has been opened, it cannot be returned. When requesting a refund, indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment. DeLisiArt.com is not responsible for shipping and handling on returned items.
